Explore the full history of the prize, with access to authors, book titles and judges for each year the prize has been awarded.

The app will be updated at every stage of the prize and will provide easy access to everything related to the prize.
You'll also notice that GPS can be used to find a local bookshop (Ireland, UK only).
This year's Man Booker Prize shortlist will be announced on Tuesday 7 September at a press conference at Man Group's London headquarters. The winner of the Man Booker Prize for Fiction 2010 will be revealed on Tuesday 12 October at a dinner at London's Guildhall and will be broadcast on the BBC Ten O'Clock News.
Any full-length novel, written by a citizen of the Commonwealth or the Republic of Ireland and published in the United Kingdom for the first time in the year of the prize. The novel must be an original work in English (not a translation) and must not be self-published.
If many pundits are correct and self-publishing grows market share to a certain percentage you have to wonder if those who run the award will remove the self-published restriction.
