New: Public Library of Science (PLoS) Releases iPad App; iPhone App for PLoS Medicine Remains Available

The new iPad app covers all PLoS journals. It's free to access, download, and use.

From the Announcement:

The PLoS Journals iPad application lets you:

+ Browse and share from anywhere over 3G or Wifi

+ Keep an archive of articles for offline reading

+ Turn pages with a satisfying flick and scroll between them

+ Magnify pages should you wish

The iPad app was developed pro bono by freelance developer, Tom Brow.
