Credo Reference Adds New Titles from Purdue Reference Press

Credo Reference continues to expand their collection of searchable reference resources from well-known publishers.

Today, we've learned that Credo is adding content from Purdue University Press in the areas of engineering and botany to their general reference collection.

The PUP titles are:

A Biographical Dictionary of People in Engineering: From Earliest Records Until 2000, by Carl W. Hall contains the names, nationality, field of expertise, dates and a biography of over 3,500 important inventors and engineers worldwide (culled from histories, biographies, literature and handbooks, over many centuries).

A Biographical Dictionary of People in Engineering, by Duane Isely essays from Aristotle (384 B.C.-322 B.C.) to Winona Hazel Welch (1896-1991), surveying the achievements of the people who created and sustained botanical science over two millennia.

At the present time, Credo provides material from more than 70 publishers.
