At this point (more to come, of course), you can't search the library catalogue but mobile access to a group of databases from EBSCOHost and Facts & Comparisons (they just began offering a mobile product) are available. You'll also find a direct link to the mobile interface of PubMed.
The announcement also points out that the Cowles mobile site has been "quality certified" to work on:
