For many years, MedlnePlus from the National Library of Medicine (think of it as a consumer version of Medline/PubMed) has been our primary site for health information. It's well organized, they have a published criteria of what is and is not listed, and new/updated material is always being added. If it's not your primary health info site it definitely should be on your list of reliable health info resources.
