Richard Wallis Interviews OCLC's Karen Calhoun: Part II

Over on the Panlibus blog, Richard Wallis has posted the second part of his audio interview with OCLC's VP of WorldCat and Metadata Services, Karen Calhoun.
The Panlibus post also contains the slides Karen used at OCLC's Technical Services Forum in London earlier this month. There are 52 slides titled, OCLC Online Catalogues: What Users and Librarians Want.
