The White House Posts a "Twitter List" of Selected Government Twitter Feeds

Katie Stanton, Director of Citizen Participation at the White House has posted a note on the White House Blog letting us know that a new collection of government feeds (primarily executive branch). The feeds are organized as a Twitter list. It features, "Twitter accounts from Cabinet Secretaries, Agencies and Departments."

As of November 25, 2009 (4pm EST),the list was following 41 feeds. We will check every so often to see if more feeds become available on this list. There are plenty to choose from.

Here are a Few of the Feeds Included in the List:

+ DipNotes (State Department)

+ EPA Research

+ USGS

+ The Library of Congress

+ USAgov

+ NASA
