From Google Mobile: Get Movie Info, Watch Previews on Your Smartphone; Bing and Yahoo Offers Similar Services

We posted the other day about Google's new "enhanced" movie listings.

Now, many of those features are available for mobile users. In a post titled, "Get movie trailers and more with Google Search for mobile," you'll read about:

+ Accessing the service by going to google.com (on your iPhone, Palm WebOS, or Android) and do a search for movies and then tap on the more movies link.

+ "Play trailers right on your phone, ratings and categories, movie posters, upcoming showtimes, and a concise list of the nearest theaters and their distances from you."

+ The movie info is available in English in the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

You can find showtimes, read a brief overview, and view clips from the film online. You can also access movie info by searching the word "movies" in the main Bing Mobile search box.

They also offer an overview as well as a link to view the trailer.

It's loaded with useful info (it's a reference desk) of current film info . It's also a free app. Definitely worth your time.
