Google & Yahoo File for New Trademarks: Android, APNT, Bravonation, and Others

As would be expected,
Google has just filed for the trademark on the term "Android" (hardware and software). It was filed on October 31, 2007 and you can track the latest updates here.

+ At Yahoo:
The term (with artwork) APNT which was registered by Yahoo was recently filed for opposition.

Advertising services, namely, providing a website for the management of online advertising campaigns for others; providing advertising information via a website.

Here's what the logo looks like.

+ Also at Yahoo, a filing for Bravonation,

...non-downloadable software to create on-line media and badges used to acknowledge and display achievements, providing a service that allows people and entities to recognize achievements and create incentives by way of electronic awards
