New Beta from PagesJaunes: 3D Imagery for Several Cities in France

For several years we've been posting about PagesJuanes offering amazing street-level for many major cities in France and Spain.

Now, a new beta named Ville en 3D offers 3D imagery of the following cities in France (required Adobe Shockwave, free):
+ Paris
+ Rennes
+ Lyon
+ Aix en Provence
+ Toulouse
+ Marseille

If you prefer a virtual fly-over of one of these cities, they're also available as Flash videos.

Of course, sources like MS Live Maps (also with "Birds Eye" Imagery and 3D), Google Earth, Mappy, Yahoo Maps, Ask Maps, and others offer both 2D aerial and 3D imagery of locations around the globe.

Two other 3D digital globes (besides Google Earth) that might be of interest are SkyLine Globe (primarily U.S.) and NASA World Wind.

See Also: 192.com offers aerial imagery using data from the Ordanance Survey. MultiMap, another UK service with info for many countries, offers imagery from the Ordanance Survey and Digital Globe.
