4INFO Offers Real Time NFL Alerts via SMS (Text Messaging), NFL WAP, & NFL Ready Reference Shelf

Today is the first Sunday of the NFL (American Football) season and 4INFO offers real time scoring and player stat alerts at no charge. Of course, you do pay whatever a text message costs on your wireless plan. Btw, college football began a few weeks ago and these alerts are available for teams in most of the major conferences.

1) Select Scoring or Player Alerts.

2) For scoring alerts, select the sport/league (NFL), team, and when to send the alerts. You can select as many as you like.
+ Game Ends
+ Quarter Ends
+ Score Changes
+ Lead Changes
+ Turnover
+ News Updates
Sign-in, verify, and you're done.

3) For player alerts, select NFL (no college football player alerts are available)
+ Select a team
+ Select a player
+ Select when alerts should be sent. Examples include:
Choose When to Receive Alert
+ every touchdown(s)
+ every 2 point conversion(s)
+ every interception(s)
+ every fumble(s) lost
+ every passing yards
+ every rushing yards
+ injury
+ game ends

4INFO offers more than sports alerts. You can send yourself reminders, weather alerts, package tracking alerts, and more.
