Indiana U Partners with ChaCha for Academic Search, But What About Other Services?; More parties join Google copyright lawsuit; DMV Smart Answer from Ask.com

No mention in the article that Indiana's State Library offers a librarian chat service (via IM) and other libraries offer full text databases via the INSPIRE service. Finally, no mention of the 24x7x365 professional librarian Q&A services that the IMCPL and other libraries around the state provide. Ft. Wayne also offers email based reference.
Finally, no mention of the many ways to already virtually interact with the librarians at Indiana University. They include telephone, email, and IM.

English soccer's Premier League Ltd and music publisher Bourne & Co said on Monday that eight more parties have joined their lawsuit charging Google Inc and its YouTube online service with deliberately encouraging copyright infringement.

Searching for information from your state DMV is quite common. What do you need to get a drivers license? Can I download a copy of the rules of the road? What is required to get a motorcycle license? Now, simply enter the name of a state (or abbreviation) and DMV or Department of Motor Vehicles and and a direct link to the DMV web site will appear as a Smart Answer at the top of the page. Look for the header: DMV Information at the top of the page with a direct link to web site below it.
