Gary is in Italy right now Loki is using is IP address to offer some info. Then, use a variety of tools to find local info. Loki technology is also available with AOL Instant Messenger

Forrester: No Future For Paid Video Downloads
The article makes no mention of the increasing number of librarians offering free video downloads of movies and other materials (as well as audiobooks and other multimedia). Here's an example from the Brooklyn Public Library and OverDrive (a company whose technology is used by many libraries.)
