MasterCard offers an interactive voice response (speak the location) telephone locator service for MasterCard/Cirrus ATM machines in the U.S. The service launched last Fall. The number is 1-877-Find-ATM and was built by Convergys. One feature allows users to have the location sent to them or another party via SMS (text messaging). This ABIrsearch blog post offers a few excellent comments and suggestions about how to improve service better.
