Briefs #1: Find Toxic Wastelands with Google, Microsoft, Others?; AOL/Sony Expands Co-Branded Vaio Portal; Yahoo's New "Stars" Program; Chat with Gabe Rivera

+ Find toxic wastelands via Google Earth (via News.com)

+ Yahoo Answers New "Stars" Program (via Yahoo Answers Blog)

+ Mapshark: A Search Engine For Mashups (via Search Engine Land)

+ A Chat With the Founder of Techmeme and Memeorandum, Gabe Rivera (via Search Engine Land)
Btw, all of Rivera's sites offer mobile versions:
++ Mini-Techmeme
++ Mini-memeorandum
++ Mini-WeSmirch
