"FirstGov Search Misses Deadline"
The new database/engine was originally supposed to go live online yesterday. Well, it was a no go. According to a FirstGov spokeswoman, a specfic date for the new engine to go live is not available. We will keep you posted. The new database/engine will be powered by FAST, the people who run the AllTheWeb search engine.
